Professionals and researchers in the field of Art History and its allied disciplines from all over the world are invited to participate. The theme of the colloquium “Art, Design & Society” aims to facilitate inter-disciplinary discourse and dialogue, to re-examine and re-evaluate the nations of art and design.

The aim is to understand the essence of the creative process across various cultures and encourage discussion on their interface and intersection with society. It also intends to probe the role of categorization and enquire into the very frameworks within which art and design operate.
